Hi, I’m OG — also known as the Scotian Koala.

I began my barista journey in Australia, where I trained and worked in the heart of Sydney and Brisbane’s specialty coffee scene. During my years at Campos Coffee, one of Australia’s most iconic roasters, I mastered the craft of espresso while completing my Master’s Degree in Queensland.

My passion for coffee has taken me across countries and cultures, where I’ve worn many hats professionally — but coffee has always been at the core of who I am. After moving to Nova Scotia, I continued my journey as one of the region’s top baristas, proudly serving the local community for the past two years.

Most recently, I co-founded The Roastory Specialty Coffee, and now I’m launching my newest project: Scotian Koala — a mobile specialty coffee service that brings together my international experience and deep love for coffee.
